Manually Edit Player Scores

Sometimes a player enters the wrong score, forgets to submit, or can't use the app on the course. As a host, you can open any group's scorecard and edit scores directly — whether the scorecard is still live or has already been submitted.

Before you begin

You need to be the host of the event to edit player scores. Players cannot edit their own scores after submission.

Edit a Live Scorecard​

If the group is still out on the course and their scorecard is active, you can edit it in real time.

  1. From your event, tap the gear icon to open the Host Menu.

  2. Tap Player Manager, then tap the TEE SHEET tab.

  3. Find the grouping you want to edit and tap it.

  4. Tap the settings icon on the grouping.

  5. Tap View Scorecard.

  6. Enter or correct the scores for each player, just as a player would on the course.

  7. Scroll to the bottom and tap Submit when you're done.

Edit a Submitted Scorecard​

If the scorecard has already been submitted, you'll need to reactivate it before making changes.

  1. Go to Host Menu → Player Manager and tap the TEE SHEET tab.

  2. Find the grouping and tap it.

  3. Tap the settings icon on the grouping.

  4. Tap Reactivate Scorecard.

  5. Once reactivated, tap View Scorecard.

  6. Make your changes, then scroll to the bottom and tap Submit to resubmit the updated scores.

Do not tap Reset Scorecard

Reset Scorecard erases all scores for the group permanently. Only use it if you genuinely need to start from scratch. If you just need to correct a score, use Reactivate Scorecard instead.

How It Works​

When you edit a scorecard as a host, your changes take effect immediately on the leaderboard. Players in the group will see the updated scores on their own devices once the scorecard is resubmitted.

Reactivating a scorecard keeps all existing scores intact — it simply unlocks the card so you can make changes. Once you submit again, it returns to its submitted state.

tip

If players are unable to use the app during the round, you can enter all their scores manually from the Tee Sheet. Open each group's scorecard and enter the scores on their behalf.
